The Company has informed that BSEC has approved the Rights offer for raising capital through issuance of 52,335,028 Ordinary shares of Tk. 10.00 each at par totaling Tk. 523,350,280.00 at a ratio of 1:1 Rights share. The Company has decided to issue Rights shares in order to pay off partial debt and expand the production capacity.
