The Company has further informed that in light of the BSEC Directive No. SEC/SRMIC/2011/1240/445 dated April 27, 2016, The Company has decided to postpone the meeting of the Board of Directors that was scheduled to be held on 28th April, 2016, as per regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on December 31, 2015.
