BDTHAIFOOD Corporate Disclosure — 27 October 2022

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to hold an EGM for changing the use of IPO proceeds and increasing the authorized capital of the company. The price of machinery in the IPO fund utilization proposal which was approved by the respected shareholders in the 2nd EGM held on 09 May 2022 went up by almost 35% due to global price hike and fluctuation of the dollar rate.
