Ms. Nusrat Khan in addition to previously nominated 02 (two) nominated directors of the company in accordance with condition under 2 of the commission?s Notification dated September 01, 2020. Mr. Md. Safiqul Islam is proposed to be selected as the chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.
