Going concern: As the Factory has been dismantled by the government to construct marine drive road and entire operation has stopped and the management is trying to run the production as soon as possible. (b) The Company recognized loans and borrowing of Tk. 16,621,330 which was obtained for ?nancing project and Tk. 43,069,354 for financing working capital in the statement of ?nancial position as on 30 June 2019.
