The Company is currently at risk of being delisted and under the scrutiny of Dhaka Stock Exchange as its production has remained suspended for more than for a period of consecutive three years. The Company did not make an assessment of its ability to continue as a going concern and material uncertainties related to the above conditions were also not adequately disclosed in the notes to the ?nancial statements as required by IAS 1: (cont. 3)
