(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): commercial production is yet to resume as of 30 June 2019. Moreover, the Company continued to make Signi?cant amount of net losses during the year as well as previous year and retained earnings of the Company stood at Tk. (10,516,158) as on 30 June 2019. These conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Annexure-01 indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern (cont. 2)
