Qualified Opinion: (a) As referred to in the Note no 2.09 to the ?nancial statements which disclosed that the factory building and hatchery equipment of the Company have been dismantled by the Government to construct marine drive road and some portion of the land constituting of hatchery plant was also acquired by government authority. Hence, the entire operation of the Company has been halted since 24 April 2016 and though the management of the Company is taking initiatives but (cont. 1)
