(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): regarding the correctness of the said Bank liabilities. 4. That the Income Tax authority has issued letter dated 04.02.2015 claiming Tk. 1 9,335,561 as outstanding tax upto for the assessment year 2012 - 2013 (accounting year ended 31 December 2011) but the company has not made sufficient provision to meet up the said claim on the ground that they are under the process of appeal against such assessment orders.
