The Company has further informed that the 21st and 22nd AGM of the Company will be held on 31st December 2017 at 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM respectively in Uttara Community Centre, House-20, Road-13/D, Sector-6, Uttara Model Town, Dhaka-1230. The Hon'ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh has allowed the Company to hold the 21st AGM within 31st December 2017. Other information of the AGM will remain unchanged.
