(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): d. As referred to the note # 2.12 to the financial statements which disclosed that the factory building and hatchery equipment of the company have been dismantled by the Government to construct marine drive road and some portion of the land constituting of hatchery plant was also acquired by government authority. Hence, the entire operation of the Company has been halted since 24th April 2016 (cont.4)
