(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): and though the management of the Company is taking initiatives but commercial production is yet to resume as of 30 June 2021. Moreover, the Company continued to make significant amount of net losses during the year as well as previous year and retained earnings of the Company stood at (Tk. 34,037,348) as on 30 June 2021. These conditions along with other matters as set forth in Annexure-1 indicate that a material uncertainty exists (cont.5)
