BEACHHATCH Corporate Disclosure — 20 September 2022

The auditor of the Beach Hatchery Ltd. has given the "Qualified Opinion" paragraphs in the auditor's report for the year ended June 30, 2019. Qualified Opinion: a) As referred to in the Note # 2.09 to the financial statements which disclosed that the factory building and hatchery equipment of the Company have been dismantled by the Government to construct marine drive road and some portion of the land constituting of hatchery plant was also acquired by government authority.
