(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): These conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Annexure-01 indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern in the foreseeable future. The Company is currently at risk of being delisted and under the scrutiny of Dhaka Stock Exchange as its production has remained suspended for more than for a period of consecutive three years.
