(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): The Company did not make an assessment of its ability to continue as a going concern and material uncertainties related to the above conditions were also not adequately disclosed in the notes to the financial statements as required by IAS 1: Presentation of Financial Statements. b) The Company recognized loans and borrowing of Tk. 16,621,330 which was obtained for financing project and Tk. 43,069,354 for financing working capital (cont.4)
