BEACHHATCH Corporate Disclosure — 20 September 2022

(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): These balances were outstanding for more than one year and due to non-operation of the Company for several years there is a probability that recoverability of these long outstanding balances involves a high degree of uncertainty against which no provision for doubtful debt have been recognized by the Company which would overstate total assets and understate net losses in the financial statements.
