BEACHHATCH Corporate Disclosure — 20 September 2022

(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): e) Income tax authority has issued letter dated 04.02.2015 claiming Tk.19,335,561 as outstanding tax up to the assessment year 2012-2013 but the Company has not made sufficient provision to meet up the said claim on the ground that they are under the process of appeal against the said assessment order. f) Advance, deposits and prepayments of Tk. 3,238,531 was carried in the statement of financial position as on 30 June 2019. (BEACHHATCH-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): e) আয়কর কর্তৃপক্ষ 04.02.2015 তারিখে 19,335,561 টাকা মূল্যায়ন বছর 2012-2013 পর্যন্ত বকেয়া কর দাবি করে চিঠি জারি করেছে কিন্তু কোম্পানি উল্লিখিত দাবি পূরণের জন্য পর্যাপ্ত ব্যবস্থা করেনি এই কারণে যে তারা উল্লিখিত মূল্যায়ন আদেশের বিরুদ্ধে আপিলের প্রক্রিয়াধীন রয়েছে। চ) অগ্রিম, আমানত এবং টাকা অগ্রিম পরিশোধ। 30 জুন 2019 পর্যন্ত আর্থিক অবস্থার বিবৃতিতে 3,238,531 টাকা বহন করা হয়েছে। (চলমান)
