BEACHHATCH Corporate Disclosure — 20 September 2022

(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): Hence, the entire operation of the Company has been halted since 24th April 2016 and though the management of the Company is taking initiatives but commercial production is yet to resume as of 30 June 2020. Moreover, the Company continued to make significant amount of net losses during the year as well as previous year and retained earnings of the Company stood at (Tk. 24,732,568) as on 30 June 2020. (বিচহ্যাচের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): তাই, 24শে এপ্রিল 2016 থেকে কোম্পানির সম্পূর্ণ কার্যক্রম বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হয়েছে এবং যদিও কোম্পানির ব্যবস্থাপনা উদ্যোগ নিচ্ছে কিন্তু বাণিজ্যিক উৎপাদন এখনও 30 জুন 2020 থেকে পুনরায় শুরু করা হয়নি। তাছাড়া, কোম্পানি অব্যাহত রেখেছে আগের বছরের মতো বছরে উল্লেখযোগ্য পরিমাণে নিট লোকসান করতে এবং 30 জুন 2020 তারিখে কোম্পানির রক্ষিত আয় দাঁড়িয়েছে (24,732,568 টাকা)। (চলবে 2)
