(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): The Company did not make an assessment of its ability to continue as a going concern and material uncertainties related to the above conditions were also not adequately disclosed in the notes to the financial statements as required by IAS 1: Presentation of Financial Statements. However, the company is in process for going to production of white fish and hence the situation may take better shape. (cont.4)
