BEACHHATCH Corporate Disclosure — 20 September 2022

(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): equipment of the Company have been dismantled by the Government to construct marine drive road and some portion of the land constituting of hatchery plant was also acquired by government authority. Hence, the entire operation of the Company has been halted since 24th April 2016 and though the management of the Company is taking initiatives but commercial production is yet to resume as of 30 June 2021. (সৈকতের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): মেরিন ড্রাইভ রোড নির্মাণের জন্য সরকার কর্তৃক কোম্পানির যন্ত্রপাতি ভেঙ্গে ফেলা হয়েছে এবং হ্যাচারি প্ল্যান্ট গঠনের জমির কিছু অংশও সরকারী কর্তৃপক্ষ অধিগ্রহণ করেছে। তাই, 24শে এপ্রিল 2016 থেকে কোম্পানির সম্পূর্ণ কার্যক্রম বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হয়েছে এবং যদিও কোম্পানির ব্যবস্থাপনা উদ্যোগ নিচ্ছে কিন্তু বাণিজ্যিক উৎপাদন এখনও 30 জুন 2021 থেকে পুনরায় শুরু করা হয়নি। (চলবে 4)
