(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): Moreover, the Company continued to make significant amount of net losses during the year as well as previous year and retained earnings of the Company stood at (Tk. 34,037,348) as on 30 June 2021. These conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Annexure-1 indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern in the foreseeable future.
