BEACHHATCH Corporate Disclosure — 20 September 2022

(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): The Company is currently at risk of being delisted and under the scrutiny of Dhaka Stock Exchange as its production has remained suspended for more than for a period of consecutive four years. The Company did not make an assessment of its ability to continue as a going concern and material uncertainties related to the above conditions were also not adequately disclosed in the notes to the financial statements as required by IAS 1: (cont.6)
