BEACHHATCH Corporate Disclosure — 20 September 2022

(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): h. Advance, deposits and prepayments of Tk. 2,799,791 was carried in the statement of financial position as on 30 June 2021. Despite, management of the Company considered that full portion of these balances are good subject realization or adjustment, we noted that some of these balances were beyond more than one year against which no such adjustment was made in the financial statements. Note-Annexure 01: Written Down Value of Land & Land (cont.10)
