BEACHHATCH Corporate Disclosure — 21 November 2022

(Dividend Declaration): Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 17.11.2022 regarding Dividend Declaration, the Company has further informed that NAV per share would be Tk. 9.73 instead of Tk. 9.72 and NOCFPS would be Tk. 0.3654 instead of 0.0365 for the year ended June 30, 2022. Other information of the earlier disclosure will remain unchanged.

(লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা): ডিভিডেন্ড ঘোষণার বিষয়ে 17.11.2022 তারিখে ডিএসই দ্বারা প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্বের সংবাদ পড়ুন, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে শেয়ার প্রতি NAV হবে টাকা। 9.73 টাকার পরিবর্তে 9.72 এবং NOCFPS হবে টাকা। 30 জুন, 2022-এ শেষ হওয়া বছরের জন্য 0.0365-এর পরিবর্তে 0.3654। আগের প্রকাশের অন্যান্য তথ্য অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।
