BEACHHATCH Corporate Disclosure — 24 November 2022

(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): These balances were outstanding for more than six years and due to non-operation of the Company for several years there is a probability that recoverability of these long outstanding balances involves a high degree of uncertainty against which no provision for doubtful debt have been recognized and expected credit loss as per IFRS-9 "Financial Instruments" by the Company which would overstate total assets (cont.4)
