BEACHHATCH Corporate Disclosure — 24 November 2022

(Continuation news of BEACHHATCH): marine drive road. Now we have doubt about fair value of factory building and hatchery equipment which amount shown in the financial statements. Even we had no scope to test of impairment of that assets as per IAS-36 "Impairment of Assets". Note-2.12 Going concern assumption: As the factory has been dismantled by the Government to construct marine drive road and entire operation has stopped and the management is trying to run the production as soon as possible. (বিচহাটের ধারাবাহিক খবর): মেরিন ড্রাইভ রোড। এখন আমাদের ফ্যাক্টরি বিল্ডিং এবং হ্যাচারি সরঞ্জামের ন্যায্য মূল্য সম্পর্কে সন্দেহ আছে যা আর্থিক বিবরণীতে দেখানো হয়েছে। এমনকি আইএএস-৩৬ "সম্পত্তির প্রতিবন্ধকতা" অনুযায়ী সেই সম্পদের দুর্বলতা পরীক্ষা করার সুযোগও আমাদের ছিল না। Note-2.12 উদ্বেগের অনুমান: যেহেতু সরকার মেরিন ড্রাইভ রোড নির্মাণের জন্য কারখানাটি ভেঙে দিয়েছে এবং পুরো কার্যক্রম বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে এবং ব্যবস্থাপনা যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব উৎপাদন চালানোর চেষ্টা করছে। (শেষ)
