(Q1): As per un-audited quarterly accounts for the 1st quarter ended on 30th September 2013 (July'13 to Sep'13), the Company has reported consolidated net profit after tax (excluding non-controlling interests) of Tk. 85.09 million with consolidated basic EPS of Tk. 1.22 as against Tk. 64.12 million and Tk. 0.92 respectively for the same period of the previous year. However, considering proposed bonus share @ 8% for the year 2013, consolidated restated basic EPS will be Tk. 1.13 as on 30.09.2013 and Tk. 0.85 as on 30.09.2012.
