The Board of Directors has recommended cash dividend @ 14% {(i.e. Tk. 1.40 per share of Tk. 10.00 each) except Sponsor Directors} and stock dividend @ 8% for the year ended on June 30, 2013. The Sponsors Directors held 64.90%, i.e. 4,54,32,000 shares of the Company and Public shareholders will get cash dividend of Tk. 3,43,95,200.00. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 4.16, NAV per share of Tk. 26.24 and NOCFPS of Tk. 0.603 for the year ended on June 30, 2013 as against Tk. 3.38, Tk. 22.94 and Tk. 0.0013 respectively for the year ended on June 30, 2012 .
