BERGERPBL Corporate Disclosure — 13 April 2023

The Company has informed that it has decided to enter into a loan agreement with parent company J&N Investments (Asia) Limited to facilitate the opening of Letter of Credit for the import of materials. As per the agreement, the Company will receive a shareholder's loan amounting to USD 60 million only in phases as per the Company's business requirement. The matter is subject to the approval of relevant regulatory authorities.

কোম্পানী জানিয়েছে যে সামগ্রী আমদানির জন্য লেটার অফ ক্রেডিট খোলার সুবিধার্থে মূল কোম্পানি J&N ইনভেস্টমেন্টস (এশিয়া) লিমিটেডের সাথে একটি ঋণ চুক্তি করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে৷ চুক্তি অনুযায়ী, কোম্পানির ব্যবসায়িক প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী কোম্পানি শুধুমাত্র পর্যায়ক্রমে USD 60 মিলিয়নের একটি শেয়ারহোল্ডার ঋণ পাবে। বিষয়টি সংশ্লিষ্ট নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে।
