BERGERPBL Corporate Disclosure — 18 June 2023

The company has informed that Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) has approved the Shareholder's Loan agreement between the company and its parent company, J&N Investments (Asia) Limited. The purpose of the loan is to meet up the working capital requirement. As per the agreement, the company will receive a shareholder's loan amounting to USD 60.00 million only in phases as per the Company's business requirement.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে বাংলাদেশ ইনভেস্টমেন্ট ডেভেলপমেন্ট অথরিটি (বিডা) কোম্পানি এবং এর মূল কোম্পানি জেএন্ডএন ইনভেস্টমেন্টস (এশিয়া) লিমিটেডের মধ্যে শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের ঋণ চুক্তি অনুমোদন করেছে। ঋণের উদ্দেশ্য হল কার্যকরী মূলধনের প্রয়োজনীয়তা মেটানো। চুক্তি অনুসারে, কোম্পানির ব্যবসায়িক প্রয়োজন অনুসারে কোম্পানিটি শুধুমাত্র পর্যায়ক্রমে USD 60.00 মিলিয়নের একটি শেয়ারহোল্ডার ঋণ পাবে।
