(Continuation news of BERGERPBL): Record Date for EGM: February 14, 2024. The shareholders whose names would appear in the Register of Members of the Company on the Record Date shall be entitled to attend and vote at the EGM. A separate Record Date for the entitlement of the Rights Share will be declared after Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission accords approval to the Rights Share offer. (cont.2)
