(Cont. news of BERGERPBL): has decided to increase paid-up capital of the Company through issuance of 1:17 Rights Share (1 Rights Share against 17 existing shares of the Company) to all the shareholders at an issue price of BDT 1,110 per share including premium of BDT 1,100 for each Right Share subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and subsequently by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). (BERGERPBL-এর চলমান খবর): 1,110 টাকা ইস্যু মূল্যে সমস্ত শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের জন্য 1:17 রাইট শেয়ার (কোম্পানীর বিদ্যমান 17টি শেয়ারের বিপরীতে 1 রাইট শেয়ার) ইস্যু করার মাধ্যমে কোম্পানির পরিশোধিত মূলধন বৃদ্ধি করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। আসন্ন অসাধারণ সাধারণ সভায় সদস্যদের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে প্রতিটি রাইট শেয়ারের জন্য 1,100 টাকা প্রিমিয়াম সহ শেয়ার প্রতি (ইজিএম) এবং পরবর্তীতে বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (বিএসইসি) দ্বারা। (চলমান 2)
