BERGERPBL Corporate Disclosure — 10 December 2024

(Cont. news of BERGERPBL): along with Right share offer price justifying separately by the methods mentioned in the Rule 8(g) of the Rules. In accordance with the letter from BSEC, on 9 December 2024 the Board of Directors has declared revised price for Rights Offer. In the PSI dated 24 January 2024, the offer price was BDT 1,376, which has now been revised to BDT 1,110. Other aspects of the Rights Issue structure have remained unchanged. (end)

(BERGERPBL-এর চলমান খবর): বিধির বিধি 8(g) এ উল্লিখিত পদ্ধতির দ্বারা পৃথকভাবে ন্যায়সঙ্গত করে রাইট শেয়ার অফার মূল্যের সাথে। বিএসইসির চিঠি অনুসারে, 9 ডিসেম্বর 2024 তারিখে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ রাইট অফারের জন্য সংশোধিত মূল্য ঘোষণা করেছে। 24 জানুয়ারী 2024 তারিখের PSI তে, অফারের মূল্য ছিল 1,376 টাকা, যা এখন 1,110 টাকায় সংশোধিত হয়েছে৷ অধিকার ইস্যু কাঠামোর অন্যান্য দিকগুলি অপরিবর্তিত রয়েছে। (শেষ)
