Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 30.12.2024 to 01.01.2025 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 02.01.2025 for EGM. A separate Record Date for the entitlement of the Rights Share will be declared after Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission accords approval to the Rights Share offer.
