(Cont. news of BERGERPBL): The Board of Directors also decided to amend the land lease agreement with Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) for bifurcation of the use of 39.41 acre land between Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited (38.25 acre) and JNPL (1.16 acre) where JNPL will establish its plant.
