BERGERPBL Corporate Disclosure — 13 April 2026

The company has informed that pursuant to its application dated 30 December 2025 seeking approval of deviation in the utilization of the Rights Share issue proceeds of the company, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) vide its letter dated 12 April 2026, has approved an extension of time for utilization of the Rights Share issue proceeds up to 31 March 2027.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির রাইটস শেয়ার ইস্যু থেকে প্রাপ্ত অর্থ ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে বিচ্যুতির অনুমোদন চেয়ে করা ৩০ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৫ তারিখের আবেদনের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে, বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (বিএসইসি) তার ১২ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ তারিখের চিঠির মাধ্যমে উক্ত অর্থ ব্যবহারের সময়সীমা ৩১ মার্চ ২০২৭ পর্যন্ত বর্ধিত করার অনুমোদন দিয়েছে।
