BEXGSUKUK Record Date Disclosure

Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB), the trustee of Bexico Green-Sukuk Al Istisna'a, has informed that the Record Date for Conversion of Beximco Green-Sukuk Al Istisna'a will be 22nd December, 2025. Each Sukukholder shall have the option to convert up to 20% of the Sukuk holding (5%, 10%, 15% or 20%) to Ordinary Shares of Beximco Ltd. after third year.
