Refer to their earlier news disseminated on 01.04.2021 and 03.03.2021 regarding "Issuance of Secured Convertible Asset Backed Sukuk", the Company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission vide their letter dated June 23, 2021 has agreed in principle to accord consent for issuance of 5 years Secured Convertible or Redeemable Asset-Backed BEXIMCO Green Sukuk of BDT 30.00 billion out of which BDT 22.50 billion (cont. 1)
