(cont. news of BEXIMCO): BexPower holds 80% shares in Teesta Solar Limited (TSL) and Korotoa Solar Ltd. (KSL) who have entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with BPDB and an Implementation Agreement with the Government of Bangladesh for supply of 200MW and 30MW solar generated electricity from solar electricity plants to be established in Gaibandha and Panchagarh respectively. The balance 20% shares in TSL and KSL are held by the respective technical Partners from China. (end)
