The Company has informed that Bangladesh Export Import Company Ltd (Beximco Ltd) has purchased 35 million shares of Beximco Power Ltd (BexPower) at par valued at BDT. 350 million from Beximco Holdings Ltd. With this purchase the number of Beximco Ltd.'s shares in BexPower has increased to 75 million shares which is 75% of the total issued shares of BexPower. The remaining 25% shares in BexPower is held by Mr. A S F Rahman, Mr. Salman F Rahman, Mr. Nazmul Hassan and Mr. O K Chowdhury. (cont.)
