(Cont. BEXIMCO): The Board of Directors has also decided to increase the Authorized Share Capital of the Company from Tk. 1,000 crore (Taka one thousand crore) to Tk. 3,000 crore (Taka three thousand crore) by amending the Clause V of the Memorandum of Association and Article-4 of the Articles of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the 48th AGM of the Company to be held on 23rd December, 2021 as special business.
