The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on March 10, 2024 took the following decisions: The Board of Directors has considered and approved the initiation of the process of issuance of "Beximco 1st Zero Coupon Bond" for BDT 15,000,000,000 (Taka fifteen billion only) for the purpose of repayment of existing loans of the Company and for investment with Sreepur Township Limited as Joint Venture partner (cont.1)
