(Continuation news of BEXIMCO): It is further informed that the purpose of issuance of Beximco 1st Unsecured Zero-Coupon Bond is (a) to repay the existing bank loans of Beximco Ltd.; and (b) to provide loan to the Developer i.e. Sreepur Township Limited, for development of Mayanagar project. Aggregate face value and aggregate issue price of Beximco 1st Unsecured Zero-Coupon Bond are BDT 26,250,000,000 and 15,000,000,000 respectively. (end)
