BEXIMCO Corporate Disclosure — 29 January 2025

(Continuation news of BEXIMCO): During the period the production of the company was almost shut down due to non availability of Banking facilities. No Banks opened any LCs from August 2024, moreover, stocks of Fabrics & Yarns which could not be used had to be sold below cost price, as the Garments Factories were also shut down. This resulted in the company ending up with negative EPS as against corresponding previous period. (end)

(বেক্সিমকোর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): ব্যাংকিং সুবিধা না পাওয়ায় ওই সময়ে কোম্পানিটির উৎপাদন প্রায় বন্ধ হয়ে যায়। আগস্ট 2024 থেকে কোনো ব্যাংক কোনো এলসি খোলেনি, অধিকন্তু, কাপড় ও সুতার স্টক যা ব্যবহার করা যায়নি সেগুলোকে দামের নিচে বিক্রি করতে হয়েছে, কারণ গার্মেন্টস ফ্যাক্টরিগুলোও বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে। এর ফলে পূর্ববর্তী সময়ের তুলনায় কোম্পানিটি নেতিবাচক ইপিএস নিয়ে শেষ হয়েছে। (শেষ)
