Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 15.05.2019 regarding Change of AGM date, the Company has further informed that BSEC has allowed to the Company to hold 34th AGM on July 25, 2019 at 11:30 AM instead of June 27, 2019 at the Dhaka Ladies Club, Eskaton Garden Road, Dhaka, subject to compliance of the relevant provision of the Companies Act, 1994 and applicable Securities Laws.
