Referring to their earlier news (disseminated by DSE on 17.09.2015), regarding Transmission of Deceased Sponsor's shares to his nominees, the Company has further informed that the 01 share of the Company could not be transferred according to the Succession Certificate. It will now be transmitted to Prema Humayun (daughter), without any objection of other successors.
