The Company has informed that Abu Zafar Humayun, Sponsor Shareholder of the Company passed away on 18.05.2015. His present holding is 3,41,251 shares. These shares will be transmitted to his successors (wife, son and daughter) in the following manner according to the Succession Certificate issued by the Honorable Court: (1) 42,656 shares to Rina Humayun, (2) 1,99,063 shares to Sohil Humayun (Public Director) and (3) 99,531 shares to Prema Humayun.
