BGIC Corporate Disclosure — 15 June 2022

The Company has requested the shareholders to update their BO accounts with 12 digit e-TIN and any other changes in their particulars through their Depository Participant (DP) and the shareholders bearing Folio Numbers are requested to submit their e-TIN Certificate to the Share Department of the Company latest by July 06, 2022; failing of which Income Tax will be deducted at source @15% instead of 10% from cash dividend as per Income Tax Ordinance 1984. কোম্পানি শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের অনুরোধ করেছে 12 ডিজিটের ই-টিআইএন সহ তাদের বিও অ্যাকাউন্ট আপডেট করতে এবং তাদের ডিপোজিটরি পার্টিসিপ্যান্ট (ডিপি) এর মাধ্যমে তাদের বিবরণে অন্য কোনো পরিবর্তন করতে এবং ফোলিও নম্বরধারী শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের শেয়ার বিভাগে তাদের ই-টিআইএন সার্টিফিকেট জমা দেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। কোম্পানির সর্বশেষ 06 জুলাই, 2022 এর মধ্যে; এতে ব্যর্থ হলে আয়কর অধ্যাদেশ 1984 অনুযায়ী নগদ লভ্যাংশ থেকে 10% এর পরিবর্তে 15% উৎসে আয়কর কাটা হবে। (চলবে)
