(Continuation news of BGIC): of section 233 Bangladesh Labour Amendments Act 2013, functions of Non life Insurance Companies are not similar to the functions of Industrial Relating Works as mentioned in the aforesaid section. Therefore, provision for Workers Profit Participation and Welfare Fund (WPPF) is not applicable for the Company. It may be mentioned here that Bangladesh General Insurance Company Ltd. (cont.7)

(বিজিআইসি-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): ধারা 233 বাংলাদেশ শ্রম সংশোধনী আইন 2013, নন-লাইফ ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানিগুলির কার্যাবলী পূর্বোক্ত বিভাগে উল্লিখিত শিল্প সম্পর্কিত কাজের কাজের অনুরূপ নয়। অতএব, কোম্পানির জন্য শ্রমিকদের লাভের অংশগ্রহণ ও কল্যাণ তহবিলের (WPPF) বিধান প্রযোজ্য নয়। এখানে উল্লেখ করা যেতে পারে যে, বাংলাদেশ জেনারেল ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানি লিমিটেড।
