The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the venue of the 18th AGM of the Company has been shifted to "Trust Milonayatan" Shaheed Jahangir Gate, 545 Old Airport Road, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka-1206 from "Multipurpose Hall" of Institution of Diploma Engineers' Bangladesh, Dhaka. Other information of the AGM will remain unchanged.
